Residential Design Guidelines
M-Group was engaged to provide illustrations and layout to the City of Santa Clara for their Residential Design Guidelines for single-family and duplex homes. The Design Guidelines serve to convey the City's design policies while allowing flexibility in design.
The Guidelines are structured to encourage the orderly and harmonious appearance of structure and properties; fair and equitable treatment to all applicants; and maintain property values throughout the City; and encourage the physical development of the City as intended by the General Plan.
