Downtown Napa Specific Plan
As part of a multi-disciplinary consultant team led by MIG, Inc., M-Group prepared zoning regulations and design guidelines for the Downtown Napa Specific Plan. The objective was to incorporate innovative “form-based” zoning techniques and a strong emphasis on design. The standards and guidelines reference surrounding historic context while accommodating creative new design approaches to promote a unique, lively downtown.
