Aaron’s 19 years of professional experience has primarily focused on project management of major planning entitlements and management of multi-faceted teams in consultant, developer, and public sector urban planning roles. His professional acumen has been demonstrated by navigating high-profile projects through the public review process in a variety of locations and markets in the San Francisco Bay Area, Southern California, and Washington, including intense urban environments such as Downtown San Francisco and Downtown San Diego. Development areas of expertise include urban infill, high-rise, and transit-oriented development. Aaron is particularly focused on optimizing planning entitlements and permitting processes, developing strategies to streamline CEQA, and enhancing project efficiency.
Balancing work and play, Aaron enjoys the beach, trail hiking, cooking, collecting vinyl records, browsing bookstores, and supporting the 49ers and Warriors.
